Truchum Advanced Materials reports first quarter convertible bond conversion

Anhui Truchum Advanced Materials & Technology (SZSE:002171) reported that a small number of its convertible bonds were converted to shares in the first quarter of 2025, resulting in an increase of 654 shares to the total share capital. This brings the total share capital to 1,508,546,593 shares as of March 31, 2025. The conversion resulted in a decrease of CNY 4,000 in the outstanding amount of “楚江转债” bonds, leaving a remaining balance of CNY 698,286,400.
