Qingdao East Steel Tower (SZSE:002545) announced today that its controlling shareholder and actual controller, Han Hui Ru, has increased his shareholding by 513,105 shares. This represents a 0.04% increase in the company's total issued shares. The acquisition was facilitated through a civil mediation stipulated by the People's Court of Xishan District, Kunming, Yunnan Province, and Mr. Han now holds 582,644,964 shares, raising his ownership from 46.79% to 46.83%. The company clarified that this change does not trigger a mandatory offer as it falls within permissible thresholds and does not alter the company's controlling structure. The acquisition was carried out via a transfer of shares.
