ZTE announces final dividend for 2024, subject to withholding taxes

ZTE Corporation (SZSE: 000063) has announced its final dividend for the year ended December 31, 2024. The proposed dividend is RMB 6.17 per 10 shares. H shares will receive HKD 6.6841 per 10 shares due to exchange rates. This distribution is subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting on March 28, 2025.
