Sunflower Great Health shareholder releases pledge on shares

Zhejiang Sunflower Great Health Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300111) announced that shareholder Wu Jianlong has released a pledge on 50,000,000 of his shares. The shares, representing 13.49% of his holdings and 3.88% of the company's total share capital, were released from pledge on March 28, 2025, after having been pledged since January 2023 to China Bank (Shaoxing Branch). Following the release, Wu Jianlong still has 245,000,000 shares pledged, representing 66.10% of his holdings and 19.03% of the company's total share capital. The company stated that Wu Jianlong's situation poses no risk of forced liquidation and will not adversely affect operations or governance.
