Hytera completes cancellation of 2021 stock options

Hytera Communications (SZSE:002583) announced today that it has completed the cancellation of a portion of its stock options granted under the 2021 stock option incentive plan. The decision to cancel 60,000 unexercised stock options was approved at the company’s 17th meeting of the fifth board of directors and the 12th meeting of the fifth board of supervisors on March 21, 2025. These options, relating to one individual, expired on January 24, 2025. According to the announcement, the cancellation has been confirmed by the Shenzhen branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited. Hytera stated that the cancellation complies with relevant regulations and will not impact the company's share capital.
