Eoptolink corrects Singapore subsidiary investment details

Eoptolink Technology (SZSE:300502) issued a correction announcement regarding its prior disclosure on the capital increase and related-party transactions involving its Singaporean subsidiary. The initial announcement, released on March 27, 2025, contained inaccuracies regarding the post-transaction equity stake and the subsidiary's 2023 net asset value. The corrected announcement revises the shareholding of investment SPV in the Singaporean subsidiary to 7.78% after the transaction, down from the previously stated 8.44%. Additionally, the Singaporean subsidiary's 2023 net asset value has been updated to a deficit of USD -177.35 thousand, a significant change from the originally reported USD 6,280.51 thousand. The investment SPV will invest USD 14,400 thousand and hold 7.78% shares in Eoptolink's Singaporean subsidiary after the change. Eoptolink Technology expressed regret for the errors and affirmed its commitment to improving the accuracy of its disclosures.
