Cecep Solar announces winning numbers for convertible bonds

Cecep Solar Energy Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000591) announced the winning numbers for its offering of convertible corporate bonds issued to unspecified parties. The offering was conducted both through priority allotments to existing shareholders and through online subscriptions to the general public via the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. Investors who have winning numbers must ensure their accounts have sufficient funds by April 1, 2025, to cover their subscriptions; failure to do so will be considered a forfeit.
