ZTE elects new board leadership, appoints executives

ZTE Corporation (SZSE:000063) has announced the resolutions passed at its first meeting of the tenth board of directors held on March 31, 2025. The board unanimously elected Fang Rong as the Chairperson. Further appointments included Xu Ziyang as an executive director, and Yan Junwu, Zhu Weimin, and Zhang Hong as non-executive directors. Key committee appointments were also made including Wang Qinggang as the chairman of the Audit Committee.
