(隆平巴西), which is ultimately a sub-subsidiary of the company. The guarantee falls within the scope of the approved guarantee amount authorized by the company's shareholders meeting. LONGPING HIGH-TECH BIOTECNOLOGIA LTDA. (隆平巴西), established in 2007, has registered capital of BRL 264,683.72. As of December 31, 2023, it had total assets of CNY 1,118,295.76. The guarantee is to China Bank (Brazil) and effective for six months. As of the announcement date, the total outstanding guarantee amount is CNY 272,116.04, representing 48.54% of the company's latest audited net assets.
