Wanda Film shareholder sells stake, equity drops below 6%

Wanda Film Holding Co. (SZSE:002739) announced that shareholder Xin County Rongzhi Xingye Management Consulting Center (Limited Partnership) reduced its holdings in the company between March 19 and March 26, 2025. The sale of 19.3 million shares resulted in a 0.91% decrease in Xin County Rongzhi's stake, bringing their total holdings to 5.23% of Wanda Film's total share capital. Combined with its acting-in-concert party, the aggregate holding is now 5.94%. The move aligns with a previously announced share reduction plan.
