Haige Communications proposes CNY 148.9m dividend for 2024

Guangzhou Haige Communications Group (SZSE:002465) announced its 2024 profit distribution plan, proposing a cash dividend of CNY 0.6 per 10 shares (inclusive of tax), amounting to approximately CNY 148.9 million. The remaining distributable profits of CNY 2.329 billion will be carried forward. This proposal, still subject to shareholder approval, reflects the company's 2024 net profit of CNY 53.13 million and a strategy balancing shareholder returns with future growth investments.
