Enlight Media appoints new supervisor chair after resignation

Beijing Enlight Media (SZSE:300251) has announced the resignation of Wang Xin from his positions as employee representative supervisor and Chairman of the Supervisory Board, effective March 31, 2025. Wang Xin, who resigned due to personal reasons but will continue to serve as the company’s Director of Human Resources, held 7,200 shares of Enlight Media at the time of his departure.
