Compass Tech completes acquisition of Pioneer Fund equity

Beijing Compass Technology Development (SZSE:300803) announced the completion of its acquisition of a 33.3074% equity stake in Pioneer Fund Management Co., Ltd. The transaction, valued at CNY 16,132 million, was approved at the company's board meeting on March 18, 2025. Following the completion of the shareholder and equity ratio change registration on March 28, 2025, Beijing Compass now holds 95.0100% of Pioneer Fund. The acquisition signals a strategic move for Beijing Compass into fund management.
