Angang Steel faces loss, shifting strategy and dividend decision

Angang Steel (SZSE:000898) reported a net loss attributable to shareholders of CNY -7.12 billion in its 2024 annual report, a significant downturn compared to the previous year's profit. In light of these results and aiming to ensure long-term stability and development, the board has decided not to distribute cash dividends, issue bonus shares, or increase share capital through capitalization of reserves for the year.
