Zhongfu Straits Pingtan shares see partial release

Zhongfu Straits Pingtan Development (SZSE:000592) announced that its controlling shareholder, Fujian Shantian Industry Development, has released 8.22 million shares, representing 2.48% of its holdings and 0.43% of the company's total share capital, pledged to Fujian Straits Bank, Fuzhou Gulou Branch. After the release, Shantian Industry Development still holds 33,097,4823 shares, representing 17.13% of the company's total share capital, with 12.2 million shares pledged, accounting for 36.86% of its holdings and 6.32% of the company's total share capital. The company stated that Shantian Industry Development's pledge behavior does not involve the risk of liquidation or forced transfer.
