Jinsen Forestry shareholder receives regulatory warning

Fujian Jinsen Forestry Co., Ltd. [SZSE:002679] announced that its controlling shareholder, Fujian Jinsen Group, has received a warning letter from the Fujian Securities Regulatory Bureau. The warning relates to the delayed disclosure of a share pledge. Specifically, on November 6, 2024, Fujian Jinsen Group pledged 37,501,968 shares of Fujian Jinsen stock (15.91% of the company's total equity) to Xiamen Bank, but only notified Fujian Jinsen Forestry of the pledge on November 14, 2024. This delay violated Article 39 of the "Measures for the Administration of Information Disclosure of Listed Companies." The Fujian Securities Regulatory Bureau has ordered the shareholder to submit a written rectification report within 10 working days and has recorded the violation in the securities and futures market integrity file. Fujian Jinsen Forestry stated the regulatory action will not affect the company's operations.
