Wanrun to cooperate with Sinopec on catalyst projects

Wanrun Co. [SZSE:002643] announced that it has signed a Letter of Intent for Project Cooperation with Sinopec Catalyst Co., a subsidiary of Sinopec Group. The agreement aims to leverage both parties' resources and technology in the field of template agents and molecular sieves, promoting industrial applications in related projects. The initial agreement spans ten years, automatically renewing for one year at a time. While the agreement establishes a framework, specific cooperation details require further negotiation and separate contracts. Sinopec Catalyst's connection to Sinopec Group makes it a related party. Once Sinopec finalizes the purchase of 5% of Wanrun from the China Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group, this will become a related transaction.
