Sunlord Electronics chairman pledges and releases shares

Shenzhen Sunlord Electronics (SZSE:002138) announced today that Chairman Yuan JinYu has completed the pledge and release of company shares. Yuan released 4,630,000 shares, representing 8.65% of his holdings and 0.57% of the company's total share capital, pledged on March 21, 2025. Concurrently, Yuan pledged another 4,630,000 shares for production and operating financing, effective March 25, 2025, to Hua Xia Bank Shenzhen Branch. Following these transactions, Yuan JinYu maintains 36,780,000 pledged shares, accounting for 68.74% of his holdings and 4.56% of Sunlord's total share capital.
