Lingyi iTech's controlling shareholder partially releases share pledge

Lingyi iTech (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. [SZSE: 002600] announced today that its controlling shareholder, Lingsheng Investment (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd., has released a portion of its pledged shares. The release involves a total of 50 million shares, representing 1.21% of Lingsheng Investment's holdings and 0.71% of Lingyi iTech's total share capital. All shares were released on March 25, 2025. Following this release, Lingsheng Investment holds 4,139,524,021 shares, representing 59.07% of the company. Currently, 271,100,000 of those shares are pledged, accounting for 6.55% of Lingsheng Investment's holdings and 3.87% of Lingyi iTech's total share capital. The company states that the share pledge does not present significant risk.
