Dabeinong shareholders approve related guarantee transaction

Beijing Dabeinong Technology Group (SZSE:002385) announced the successful passage of a key resolution at its second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on March 27, 2025. The approved resolution concerns providing a guarantee, classified as a related-party transaction, for a subsidiary. The resolution was approved by 97.73% of voting shareholders. Shareholders holding 1,015,015,984 shares voted in favor of the resolution. Shareholders Zhang Lizhong, with related interest, abstained.
