COL Digital Publishing Group changes signing accountants

COL Digital Publishing Group (SZSE:300364) announced that it has received notification from Zhong審亚太会计师事务所 (transliterated as ZhongShen YaTai Accounting Firm), its auditing firm for fiscal year 2024, regarding a change of signing accountants. The initial designated signing partners were 周志 (Zhou Zhi) and 孙君亮 (Sun Junliang). Due to internal adjustments, 孙君亮 will replace 周志 as the signing partner. 贺佳亮 (He Jialiang) will now serve as the signing CPA, taking over for 孙君亮, to complete the audit-related tasks. Following the change, the signing partner for the financial report audit and internal control audit for 2024 will be 孙君亮, and the signing CPA will be 贺佳亮. The company stated that the changes will not adversely affect the 2024 audit.
