Black Cat Carbon Black: Shareholder increases stake above 36%

Jiangxi Black Cat Carbon Black (SZSE:002068) announced that its controlling shareholder, Jingdezhen Black Cat Group, increased its shareholding by 8,890,900 shares between March 19 and March 24, 2025. This increase represents 1.21% of the company's total share capital. Following the transaction, Jingdezhen Black Cat Group now holds 266,261,720 shares, raising its stake from 35.00% to 36.21%. The total increase from January 24, 2025, to March 24, 2025, is 11,517,900 shares, or 1.57% of the company’s total share capital, amounting to approximately 127.5 million yuan. The shareholder’s stake increase is part of a plan announced in December 2024 to increase its holdings by up to 2% of the company's total share capital, using funds of between 100 million and 200 million yuan.
