** Bank of Zhengzhou (SZSE: 002936) is set to propose a cash dividend of ¥0.20 per 10 shares to its shareholders at the upcoming annual general meeting. The proposed dividend, totaling ¥181.842 million, accounts for 9.69% of the bank's net profit attributable to shareholders for the 2024 fiscal year, which was ¥1.875 billion. The bank's Board of Directors approved the proposal at its first meeting of the Eighth Session on March 27, 2025.
