Aier Eye to cancel restricted stock, reduce capital

Aier Eye Hospital Group (SZSE:300015) announced it will repurchase and cancel 1,617,825 restricted shares previously granted to 207 employees who no longer meet incentive conditions due to departures. The cancellation includes 1,265,819 shares granted initially, and 352,006 reserved shares, both repurchased at 11.96 RMB per share. Following the cancellation, Aier Eye's registered capital will decrease from 9,327,014,495 RMB to 9,325,396,670 RMB, with the total share capital adjusted accordingly. Creditors have 45 days to request debt repayment or guarantees.
