Ultrapower acquires part of Manyou Brothers' equity

Beijing Ultrapower Software (SZSE:300002) announced it will acquire a portion of the equity of Beijing Manyou Brothers Technology for a total consideration of 14.025 million yuan. The acquisition will be made through Ultrapower’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Beijing Shenzhou Taiyue Technology. Manyou Brothers holds a 40.75% stake in Tianjin Taiyue Xiaoman Technology, a subsidiary of Ultrapower. The deal will raise Ultrapower’s direct and indirect stake in Taiyue Xiaoman from 60.16% to 80.42%.
