TA&A's subsidiary secures lithium-rich clay mining license

Suzhou TA&A Ultra Clean Technology (SZSE:300390) announced that its subsidiary, Yichun Shengyuan Lithium Industry, has obtained a mining license from the Yichun City Natural Resources Bureau for the Jinzifeng-Zuojiali ceramic clay (containing lithium) mine in Fengxin County, Jiangxi Province. The license covers open-pit mining operations with a production capacity of 9 million tons per year across a 0.8429 square kilometer area. Valid for 23 years, from March 7, 2025, to March 6, 2048, this acquisition strengthens TA&A's lithium resource reserves and enhances its core competitiveness. The company cautions that estimates related to ore body size, shape, reserves, and grade may differ from actual mining results, advising investors to exercise caution.
