Sunlord Electronics chairman adjusts share pledge status

Shenzhen Sunlord Electronics (SZSE:002138) announced that Chairman Yuan JinYu has completed transactions involving the pledge and release of company shares. Yuan released 5,230,000 shares from pledge on March 21, 2025, representing 9.77% of his holdings and 0.65% of the company’s total share capital. Concurrently, Yuan pledged 4,630,000 shares, accounting for 8.65% of his holdings and 0.57% of the company’s total share capital, also effective March 21, 2025. As of the announcement date, Yuan JinYu and his concert parties collectively hold 53,507,279 shares, with a total of 36,780,000 shares pledged, representing 68.68% of their holdings and 4.56% of the company's total share capital. The purpose of the pledge is for actual borrower production and operation.
