Oriental Yuhong announces 2024 dividend plan

Beijing Oriental Yuhong Waterproof Technology (SZSE: 002271) announced its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, approved at the shareholders' meeting on March 21, 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of RMB 9.25 (inclusive of tax) for every 10 shares held, totaling RMB 2,209,518,932.30. The distribution is based on the total share capital of 2,388,669,116 shares after deducting repurchased shares and excluding restricted shares not eligible for dividend participation. The equity registration date is March 31, 2025, and the ex-dividend date is April 1, 2025. Shareholders receiving dividends via the Shenzhen Stock Connect or holding restricted shares will be subject to differential tax rates. The company's board has also adjusted the stock option exercise price to RMB 46.165 per share.
