Lead Intelligent to guarantee $143m for subsidiary

Wuxi Lead Intelligent Equipment (SZSE:300450) announced its board has approved providing a guarantee for its subsidiary, Zhuhai Titan New Power Electronics. The guarantee will cover performance obligations under supply contracts with overseas clients, with the total amount not exceeding RMB 1.035 billion. The guarantee period extends from the date of signing until the fulfillment of obligations for each contract or order. As of December 31, 2024, Titan New Power Electronics had total assets of RMB 5.114 billion and net assets of RMB 1.593 billion. The company's revenues for 2024 were RMB 2.151 billion, with a net profit of RMB 215.995 million. As of the announcement date, Lead Intelligent's total outstanding external guarantees stand at RMB 0.3443 billion, representing 0.2906% of its latest audited net assets.
