Jiejie Microelectronics completes acquisition in Nantong subsidiary

Jiangsu Jiejie Microelectronics (SZSE:300623) announced the completion of its acquisition of an 8.45% equity stake in Jiejie Microelectronics (Nantong) Technology for RMB 284 million, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary. The transaction, approved at the company’s board meeting on December 30, 2024, has now been officially registered, with Jiejie Microelectronics (Nantong) obtaining a new business license from the Nantong Suxitong Science and Technology Industrial Park Administrative Approval Bureau. Jiejie Microelectronics (Nantong) has a registered capital of RMB 168 million and its business scope includes manufacturing and sales of electronic components and integrated circuits. The completion of the acquisition gives Jiangsu Jiejie Microelectronics 100% ownership of the Nantong subsidiary.
