Jiaozuo Wanfang to acquire Cayman Aluminum in major restructuring

Jiaozuo Wanfang Aluminum Manufacturing (SZSE:000612) is set to acquire 100% of Cayman Aluminum (Sanmenxia) Co., Ltd. through a share issue, marking a significant restructuring for the company. The move will see Jiaozuo Wanfang issue shares to acquire Cayman Aluminum from existing shareholders like Hangzhou Jinjiang Group. Additionally, the company plans to raise funds via a private placement of shares to no more than 35 specific investors, with proceeds earmarked for transaction-related expenses, investments in projects of the target company, and working capital.
