Jiaozuo Wanfang Aluminum announces control change completion

Jiaozuo Wanfang Aluminum Manufacturing (SZSE:000612) announced that it has completed the change of company control, according to an exchange filing. At a shareholder meeting on March 19, 2025, the company approved the election of Ms. Cao Liping to the board as a non-executive director. As a result of the board composition, Zhejiang Ansheng and Ningbo Zhongman, jointly holding 19.31% of the company's shares, now control a majority of board seats. This has led to a shift in the company's control to Mr. Yu Zheng Gang, the actual controller of both Zhejiang Ansheng and Ningbo Zhongman. The company has confirmed that this change will not impact daily operations.
