Baoli International: Control change completed after share transfer

Jiangsu Baoli International Investment Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300135) announced that the transfer of shares to Chizhou Touke Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) has been completed. The transaction, involving 208 million shares (22.57% of the company's total share capital) from Zhou Dehong and Zhou Xiufeng, has been officially registered. As a result, Chizhou Touke now becomes the controlling shareholder, and the Chizhou State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission assumes actual control. The share transfer agreement was originally signed on November 18, 2024. Following the completion, Chizhou Touke directly holds 208 million shares of Baoli International, representing 22.57% of the total share capital.
