Avary Holding changes signing auditor for 2024 report

Avary Holding (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002938) announced today that Guan Kun will replace Gao Yu as the signing CPA for the company's 2024 financial statements and internal control audit. The change comes after Gao Yu's departure from PricewaterhouseCoopers Zhong Tian LLP, Avary Holding's auditing firm. The decision was made to ensure the timely completion of the 2024 audit and to better coordinate with Avary Holding's information disclosure requirements. The original auditor appointment was approved at the company's annual general meeting on April 24, 2024. Guan Kun has been a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants since 2010 and has been involved in the audit of listed companies since 2007. Avary Holding confirms that the change will not affect the audit work for the 2024 financial year.
