Maiquer Group (SZSE:002719) announced the establishment and completion of registration for its wholly-owned subsidiary, Xinjiang Yunzhi Chuanglian Information Technology Services Co., Ltd. The new entity, based in Changji, Xinjiang, has a registered capital of 1 million yuan, fully funded by Maiquer. The investment, approved within the company's management authority, does not constitute a related-party transaction or a major asset restructuring. The subsidiary's business scope includes information technology consulting, technical services and development, network security software, information system integration, and blockchain-related services, among others. Maiquer anticipates this strategic move will enhance its business layout and overall competitiveness. While the company acknowledges potential market and operational uncertainties, it aims to implement robust governance and risk management strategies for the new subsidiary.
