Xuerong convertible bonds trigger 10% equity conversion threshold

Shanghai Xuerong Bio-Technology (SZSE:300511) announced today that the cumulative conversion of its "Xuerong Convertible Bonds" has reached 52,074,452 shares, or 11.78% of the company’s total issued share capital before the conversion period began. As of March 19, 2025, approximately 63.39% of the bonds, representing 3,708,357 units, remain unconverted. The bonds, with a face value of RMB 100 each, were initially issued on June 24, 2020, and listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on July 24, 2020, under the code "123056." The current conversion price is RMB 4.10 per share, effective since August 26, 2024.
