Victory Giant's controlling shareholder pledges additional shares

Victory Giant Technology (Huizhou) (SZSE:300476) announced that Chen Yong, a person acting in concert with the controlling shareholder Shenzhen Shenghua Xinye Investment, has pledged 1,240,000 shares, representing 48.83% of his holdings and 0.14% of the company's total share capital. The pledge, which began on March 14, 2025, and will mature on March 13, 2026, is for the benefit of the China Merchants Securities. Following this transaction, the cumulative pledged shares by Chen Yong and Shenzhen Shenghua Xinye Investment amount to 53,820,000, representing 18.02% of the company's total share capital. The company stated that Chen Yong has the financial capacity to cover his obligations.
