Huace Navigation shareholder completes charitable stock donation

Shanghai Huace Navigation Technology (SZSE:300627) announced that shareholder Shanghai Taihehang Enterprise Development Partnership (Limited Partnership), holding over 5% of the company's shares, has completed the donation of 512,700 shares to the Zhejiang University Education Foundation on March 17, 2025. The shares are valued at ¥20 million based on an average price of ¥39.01 per share. The donation, aimed at supporting the university's optical science and engineering initiatives, was executed via a non-trading transfer. Post-transfer, Taihehang holds 63,411,709 shares, representing 11.541% of Huace Navigation, while the Zhejiang University Education Foundation holds 1,478,900 shares, representing 0.269%. The company emphasized that the donation will not alter its controlling shareholder or affect governance. Both parties will continue to comply with relevant regulations on shareholding management.
