Kehua Bio-Engineering announces resignation of senior vice president

Shanghai Kehua Bio-Engineering (SZSE:002022) announced today the resignation of Senior Vice President CHEN CHAO, effective upon submission of her resignation to the board. Citing personal reasons, Ms. CHEN will also relinquish her positions within the company's subsidiaries. While stepping down from her executive role, CHEN CHAO will remain with Kehua Bio-Engineering as an advisor, providing ongoing consultation. The company has confirmed that Ms. Chen's departure will not impact the normal operations of the company. As of this announcement, CHEN CHAO does not hold any shares in the company.
