Shenzhen airport announces February 2025 production and operation update

Shenzhen Airport Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000089) today released its February 2025 production and operation express report, revealing a mixed performance across key metrics. Passenger throughput totaled 529,280, a slight decrease of 0.47% year-over-year. Domestic routes accounted for 482,960 passengers, down 2.08%, while international routes saw a significant increase of 21.67%, reaching 42,980 passengers. Cargo and mail throughput showed positive growth, reaching 12,230 tons, an increase of 15.29% compared to February 2024. Domestic cargo accounted for 5,810 tons (+6.91%) and international cargo 5,970 tons (+25.53%). Aircraft movements decreased by 2.26% to 34,702 flights, with domestic flights contributing 30,149 (-5.08%) and international flights 4,264 (+23.45%).
