Yicheng New Energy enters energy storage project agreement

Henan Yicheng New Energy Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300080) has signed a framework cooperation agreement with Zhongzhou Times New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of CATL, to jointly develop green and low-carbon energy storage projects in Henan Province. The collaboration encompasses the design, integration, installation, operation, and maintenance of energy storage systems, alongside the development of application scenarios and energy management services for large industrial and commercial users. Zhongzhou Times will be a core technology and equipment supplier, providing key components like energy storage battery systems, PCS, and EMS. The companies aim to develop resources for large industrial and commercial energy users, including new energy storage projects, wind and solar power station resource development, and application scenarios. The framework targets a combined 500MWh of energy storage projects by 2025, with specific cooperation terms to be determined on a case-by-case basis.
