Luzhou Lao Jiao's top shareholder plans to increase holdings

Luzhou Lao Jiao Group Co., Ltd., the controlling shareholder of Luzhou Lao Jiao Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000568), announced plans to increase its holdings of the company's shares. The investment will total between 150 million yuan and 300 million yuan. The move will be funded through a combination of special loans and the Group’s own funds, using a centralized competitive bidding approach. China Construction Bank's Luzhou branch has committed to providing a special loan of up to 270 million yuan for this purpose, not exceeding 90% of the total increment amount. The loan term will not exceed 36 months. The incremental plan will be implemented within 6 months from the date of the announcement. The Group currently owns 50.83% of Luzhou Lao Jiao.
