New industries: Share pledge and release announcement

Shenzhen New Industries Biomedical Engineering (SZSE:300832) has announced that its controlling shareholder, Tibet New Industry Investment Management, pledged 7.2 million shares, representing 3.4095% of its holdings and 0.9164% of the company's total share capital, with an end date of March 10, 2026. Simultaneously, actual controller Mr. Weng Xian Ding released a pledge on 7.9 million shares, accounting for 31.6669% of his holdings and 1.0054% of the total share capital. After these transactions, Tibet New Industry and Mr. Weng have a cumulative 63.74 million shares pledged, representing 26.70% of their holdings. The company assures that these pledges do not currently pose a risk of forced liquidation and will provide updates on any significant changes.
