Zotye Auto announces CFO change and interim appointment

Zotye Automobile (SZSE:000980) announced a change in its financial leadership. According to resolutions passed at the Eighth Board of Directors' Second Extraordinary Meeting in 2025, Ms. Zhu Gu no longer serves as the company's Chief Financial Officer. Zotye intends to appoint Ms. Zhu to another role. While the company seeks a permanent replacement, Ms. Xie Lihong, the Board Secretary, will assume the duties of CFO on an interim basis. The Board expressed gratitude to Ms. Zhu for her contributions during her tenure as CFO. These changes were formally approved at the March 8, 2025, meeting.
