FAW Jiefang announces mixed production and sales for February

FAW Jiefang Group (SZSE:000800) today announced its February 2025 production and sales express report, revealing a mixed performance. Production figures show a slight overall decrease of 1.20% year-over-year, totaling 43,388 vehicles compared to 43,916 last year. Heavy-duty truck production saw a 5.52% increase, while light-duty truck production experienced a significant drop of 22.98%. Sales data reflected a similar trend, with total sales up 9.64% to 48,031 vehicles. Heavy-duty truck sales increased 3.21%, while light-duty truck sales jumped 27.95%.
