Zhongtong Bus completes transfer of controlling stake

Zhongtong Bus Holding Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000957) announced the completion of the free transfer of shares held by its original controlling shareholder, Zhongtong Automotive Industry Group, to China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Co., Ltd. The transfer involved 124,941,288 shares and was officially registered on March 7, 2025. Following the completion of this transfer, China National Heavy Duty Truck Group has become the largest shareholder and controlling shareholder, holding 21.07% of the total share capital of Zhongtong Bus. The actual controller of the company remains unchanged as Shandong Heavy Industry Group Co., Ltd. The initial announcement of the proposed transfer was made on November 29, 2024.
