Westone Information Industry shareholder increases stake by 1%

China National Electronics Venture Capital (CNEVC), a person acting in concert with Westone Information Industry's (SZSE:002268) controlling shareholder, has increased its stake in the company by 1%. From October 19, 2024, to March 7, 2025, CNEVC acquired 7,331,967 shares through the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, representing 0.87% of Westone's total share capital, for a total of 130.58 million yuan (excluding transaction costs). Following the transactions, CNEVC now holds 25,739,462 shares, increasing its ownership from 2.18% to 3.04%. The combined holdings of CNEVC and the controlling shareholder, China Electronics Technology Network Information Security Co., Ltd., have risen from 35.14% to 36.01%, triggering the 1% disclosure threshold. The increase is part of CNEVC's previously announced plan to increase its holdings by between 200 million and 300 million yuan.
