Shaoneng Group announces 2024 interim dividend distribution

Guangdong Shaoneng Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000601) has announced its plan to distribute an interim cash dividend for 2024. Shareholders of record as of March 12, 2025, will receive RMB 0.20 (including tax) per share. The ex-date is set for March 13, 2025. The total dividend payout will be approximately RMB 212.399 million, based on 1,061,994,824 shares eligible for distribution after excluding repurchased shares held in a special securities account. Hong Kong market investors (including QFII and RQFII) and individuals/funds holding pre-IPO restricted shares, will receive RMB 0.18 after tax per share. Individual investors holding post-IPO restricted shares, equity incentive restricted shares or unrestricted shares will pay tax depending on the holding time from 0 to 0.04 RMB/share. The distribution is in line with the plan approved at the shareholders' meeting.
