Galaxy Magnets shareholder completes planned equity reduction

Chengdu Galaxy Magnets (SZSE:300127) announced that shareholder Chengdu Galaxy Industrial Group has completed its share reduction plan. Between January 2, 2025, and March 6, 2025, the Group decreased its holdings by 3,199,915 shares via centralized bidding at an average price of 26.80 yuan per share. This represents 0.99024% of Galaxy Magnets' total share capital. Following the transaction, Chengdu Galaxy Industrial Group's stake decreased from 30.7924% to 29.80214%, holding 96,304,530 shares. The company confirmed that the reduction complied with relevant regulations and previous announcements.
