Mianyang Fulin Precision Machining (SZSE:300432) announced that its controlling shareholder, Fulin Group, has pledged 10 million shares, representing 2.69% of its holdings and 0.82% of the company's total share capital. The pledge, which began on March 5, 2025, and will end March 5, 2026, is for Fulin Group's operational capital needs, with the shares pledged to China Merchants Securities.
